Corktown's Nancy Whiskey Featured in Long John Silver's TV Commercial

Nancy Whiskey, a little bar which had long been Detroit's little known gem tucked away in a worn residential neighborhood in Corktown off of Trumbull, gets attention in a TV commercial from the international fast food company Long John Silver's.

The half-minute spot shows people at a festive Nancy Whiskey's eating fried fish. 

Then a voice says: 

America loves a fish fry. And In the Corktown part of Detroit, there's a place called Nancy Whiskey that's famous for one. Nothing fancy, just a tasty good time.
