Employees discovered a baby goat that appears to have been sacrificed outside the Russell Industrial Center on Clay Street near the Chrysler Service Drive, north of East Grand Boulevard.
The goat appears to have been gutted and set on fire. A bottle of lighter fluid sits next to the charred remains.
There is a rope around the goat's neck and two white chalk circles around the body, leading them to believe someone tried to sacrifice the goat in a possible satanic ritual.
