A potential scandal is percolating on West Grand Boulevard in Detroit at Henry Ford Hospital.

A woman alleges that a  patient care technician sexually assaulted her before she was supposed to see a neurologist for her nerve pain, Taryn Asher of Fox 2  reports. The woman is not named and her face is not shown on TV.

"I got checked in and the patient care technician took me to the back," the woman said.  "He took my vitals and then he asked me to bend over and spread my legs and try to touch the floor. I explained I couldn't because of back problems and neuropathy.  He said he was going to assist me."

The woman says the patient care technician stood behind her and placed his erect penis against her backside and started groping, Asher reports.

"I'm thinking this is a procedure for him to go back to the doctor to tell him my pain level," she said. "He pulled up the back of my dress and started to massage my inner  thighs and started touching my private areas."

The woman told Fox 2 that she pushed his hand away and told him no, and he repeated her name three times and left.

The woman says after alerting the hospital, she talked to an administrator.

The administrator took me into one of the exam rooms and asked me for a statement about what happened," she said. "She says she was going to contact Human Resources and offered me gas cards."

The hospital and police are investigating, the station says.
