Well, Monday night football is coming to Detroit again. But this time it won't involve the Lions.

This week's massive snow dump in Buffalo prompts NFL officials to move Sunday's Buffalo Bills-New York Jets game to Ford Field on Monday night, Matt Higgins of the  New York Times reports.

The game could have been played here Sunday, he writes, but the NFL wanted to give the Bills extra time to prepare.

“The Lions’ practice facility will be available to the Bills on Friday, and moving the game to Monday night will enable the Bills to practice on Friday and Saturday and have their walk-through on Sunday,” the N.F.L. spokesman Michael Signora said, according to the Times.
