Increasingly it looks as if the May election for a sales tax hike to pay for road improvements is looking bad for Gov. Rick Snyder and others supporters of the proposal.
The other day the Chamber of Commerce said it would remain neutral, kind of like Switzerland back in the day.
Now, comes another blow: Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette says he won't support the proposal.
"Proposal 1 has a lot of potholes," Schuette said Wednesday in a statement issued by his office, according to a report in the Detroit Free Press.
