On three stages on the south side of Belle Isle, an electronic music festival, Charivari Detroit 2015, will play out on Saturday and Sunday from noon to 10 p.m.
The festival features 90 DJs spinning the beats on the stages.
The DJ line-up, according to a press release, includes techno founders Eddie Fowlkes and Juan Akins. Other notables include Delano Smith, Christa Schrupp, Kyle Hall, Gary Chandler, Mike Grant, TK, Alton Miller, MoodyMann, Norm Tally, Marissa Guzman and Terrance Parker.
The festival is free and will include dancing, yoga, structured health events, offerings from vendors and food from Detroit’s premier restaurants.
