Update: Suspect in I-96 Shootings Lives 2 Miles From 12 Of Cases

Prosecutors from Oakland, Ingham, Livingston and Shiawassee counties, and the U.S. Attorney's Office, are reviewing the case, says Dawkins, adding that charges could come Wednesday. 

Agents from ATF and FBI and police from Wixom and Walled Lake were at the scene in Wixom through Tuesday morning. 

Two dozen people reported being shot at from Oct. 16-24. One was wounded and most were in cars when the shots were fired.

A federal, state and local task force received more than 2,800 tips.
