It was December 20, 2007 and then-Synagro executive James Rosendall, he of the lusciousiest mullet in the sludge business, met Bernard Kilpatrick in a parking lot to give the then-mayor's father a case a champagne and a couple hundred bucks stuffed in a gum wrapper. Thankfully, the FBI was there to record the whole thing and the Detroit Free Press posted the video. One question though, did Rosendall steal that sweater from 1986 Bill Cosby?
