Update: 3-Hour Waits Reported For Orion Fest Tickets, Buses

Fans tweeted posted Saturday afternoon from the loudest, baddest slice of Detroit this weekend, where Metallic played a surprise set a day before scheduled (see photo below). Others voiced anger about snags reaching Belle Isle.

Those lined up on West Fort Street in the 2 p.m. shot above by Intagram user "lamp_shade" are many blocks away from boarding school bus shuttles at Cobo Center. They paid $90 for a one-day pass or $150 for the weekend. 


While waiting to pick up his two-day pass, Kevin McCormick tweeted this photo and message at 6:03 p.m.: "@orionmusicmore tell me why this is an acceptable process for people who have paid $150 to be here?"

"Worst organization ever," Montreal visitor Carl Monette tweets just before 3 p.m. Here's a sampling of what other tweets:
