Attorneys for Insane Clown Posse’s former publicist have subpoenaed Kid Rock for a glass sex toy that they plan to use as evidence in an ongoing sexual harassment suit against the Detroit-based rap-metal duo, Katrease Stafford reports in the Free Press.
According to the subpoena, Rock was given the item a couple of years ago by “Dirty Dan” Diamond, a former employee of Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records.
During Diamond’s deposition last Friday in Las Vegas, he testified that he attempted to give Andrea (Andy) Pellegrini the phallic object, but she refused to accept it, according to a press release Monday from Pellegrini’s attorneys. Diamond then gave the piece to Kid Rock, the release said.
Pellegrini filed a lawsuit in September 2013 in the Oakland County Circuit Court, alleging wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation and infliction of emotional distress while she worked with ICP’s Psychopathic Records.
