In this episode of "Detroit Digest," Deadline TV's show featuring area restaurants, Carlos Parisi and Kyle Sammy head to the 24-hour White Castle on Woodward and Baltimore in Detroit's New Center area with chef and restaurateur Marc Djozlija.
He trained under legendary chef Wolfgang Puck. Djozlija is part of the Detroit Optimist Society, a restaurant group that owns Wright and Company, the Peterboro and others.
The hosts and Djozlija work through an eclectic menu that includes surf 'n' turf (yes, that's true), clam strips and cheesecake on a stick.
