Don't expect a Taco Bell-like menu at El Asador Steakhouse at 1312 Springwells in Southwest Detroit. This place offers top-notch Mexican food, including lobster quesadillas, enchiladas verdes and other authentic dishes.
Chef Luis Garza recently added dinner trays that feed four for $50. You can't beat that, particularly if you don't want to cook for the holidays. They'll be open Thursday from 9 a.m.-7 p.m. and Christmas Day from 1-9 p.m.
