Ex-Gov. Rick Snyder entered a not guilty plea Thursday during arraignment on two misdemeanor charges of willful neglect of duty in the Flint water debacle during a virtual hearing before Genesee District Judge Christopher R. Odette.
Snyder, who appeared alongside Grand Rapids attorney Brian Lennon, was released without having to post bond. The judge ordered that Snyder notify the court if he travels outside the state.
