These Metro Detroit Restaurants Pause Indoor Eating

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, in what appears to be a political move, has refused to ban indoor eating in restaurants even amid a terrible spike in Covid cases. What she did do last Friday was ask that people voluntarily refrain from dining indoors for two weeks.

To help, some Metro Detroit restaurants voluntarily pause inside dining, according to Eater Detroit. Its list includes:

  • Cultivate Coffee and Tap House, Ypsilanti

  • Detroit Fleat food truck park, Ferndale 

  • Louis’ Pizza, Hazel Park

  • Slows Bar BQ,  Corktown and Grand Rapids
