Covid continues to be a menace to society.
Michigan on Tuesday reported 16,445 new cases for a daily average of 2,349 cases, and 149 deaths over the past week.
The new stats bring the total Covid deaths in Michigan to 37,291 since March of 2020.
Hospitalizations were up this week after a slight drop last week.
