A 22-year-old man wanted by Detroit police for doing donuts on I-94 ten days ago has turned himself in, WXYZ reports.
Police say Devin Cronk of Allen Park was driving the spinning orange Camaro featured in a viral video that showed the freeway blocked by other vehicles. They identified him and released photos last week.
Last week, Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy charged Cronk with reckless driving and disturbing the peace, both misdemeanors.
