Promenade Artisan Foods, a Trenton cafe, has opened in the Fisher Building on West Grand Boulevard, Eater Detroit reports.
The Detroit sitre replaces Fisher Bakery. The menu includes sandwiches for breakfast and lunch, quiche, soup, salads, pastries, cold brew coffee and tea.
It posts "this week's Grab & Go Dinner: Lasagna Bolognese! with Spring green salad, baguette, and chocolate brownies. Place your order here or our online store. Feeds a family of 4 and is $40."
