Rocker Ted Nugent, aka "The Motor City Madman," had derided Covid-19 as “not a real pandemic." On Monday, he said he contracted the disease and describes feeling horrible.
“Everybody told me that I should not announce this, but I have had flu symptoms for the past 10 days. I thought I was dying,” says the 72-year-old in a Facebook video. “Just a clusterfuck."
He reports “body aches” and “a stuffed-up head.”
“My god, what a pain in the ass. I literally could hardly crawl out of bed the last few days,” he says, referring to the virus in a way many consider racist.
He indicates that he still won't get the vaccine.
