Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame Inductees Include the Late Detroit Food Critic Molly Abraham

The Michigan Journalism Hall of Fame inductees for 2024 include a number of notable journalists.

The inductees include:

Molly Abraham: Detroit News and Detroit Free Press restaurant reviewer. She died last year at age 92.

Eric Freedman: Detroit News Pulitzer winner, who directs the Michigan State University Knight Center for Environmental Journalism.

John Bebow: An investigative reporter for the Detroit News and Free Press who went on to launch the Center for Michigan and Bridge Michigan.

Carolyn Clifford: WXYZ-TV journalist and anchor, who has won 22 Emmys.

Jeff Gilbert: WWJ radio auto reporter, the only U.S. radio journalist to cover the auto industry full-time

Larry Lee: Built Gongwer News Service into the authority on Michigan government.

The induction ceremony will take place at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center in East Lansing on April 14th.
