One thing for certain, hate never goes out style.

Federal authorities on Wednesday charged David Bluer, 33, of Warren, with spray-
paintng swastikas and racist graffiti on a Black church in Roseville and a park visited by Blacks.

Court documents allege that in October 2021, Bluer spray-painted swastikas, the word
“die” and other graffiti on the church because it has a Black pastor and a predominantly Black congregaton.

Additionally, Bluer is accused of spray-painting swastikas, a racist slur and symbols and other graffiti on the public bathroom at Trombly Park in Warren "because Black people were and had been enjoying the park."  The graffiti at the park included the words, “DaviD KiLLS Ni**ERS.”

He faces misdemeanor charges, one for damaging a religious property and a second for interfering with federally protected activities. Each charge carries a maximum penalty of one year in prison.
