Detroit Train Station Concert To Include Diana Ross, Jack White, Big Sean, With Eminem As Executive Producer

Thursday night's concert marking the official opening at Michigan Central Station in Corktown will include Detroit legends Diana Ross, Jack White, Big Sean, with Eminem as executive producer. 

Eminem, who is producing the 90-minute show with manager Paul Rosenberg, has released a new music video, "Houdini," and is reportedly going to perform as one of the surprise "special guests." 

Others entertainers on the list include  Common, Fantasia, Melissa Etheridge and Jelly Roll, along with Detroiters Illa J, Kierra Sheard, Theo Parrish, Slum Village, the Clark Sisters, Sky Jetta and the Detroit Symphony Orchestra.

Presenters at the performance will include Detroit Lions legend Barry Sanders and current players, Jared Goff and Amon-Ra St. Brown.

The concert in front of the station, which is expected to draw 15,000 people, will be streamed live on Peacock at 8:30 p.m., followed by an hour primetime NBC special Sunday at 7 p.m., produced by Jesse Collins Entertainment. The station gave away all the free tickets within five minutes of them being available online.
