Update: 3:56 p.m. Monday -- Authorities found at least 11 guns at the home of Michael William Nash, 42, the Rochester Hills splash pad shooter, the Detroit Free Press reports.
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard at a press conference said that Nash believed the government was tracking him, and that he'd walk around his home with a gun, saying things like "shut your phone off, we're being watched, they are listening to us," the Freep reports.
Nash was found dead in his Shelby Township home from a self-infliected gunshot wound after the shooting Saturday. He lived with his mother.

A 42-year-old man randomly opened fire at a splash pad park in Rochester Hills shortly after 5 p.m. Saturday, wounding nine people, including two children.
The shooter, identified Sunday as Michael William Nash, 42. fatally shot himself at his home in Shelby Township where he lived with his mother, authorities said.
Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said at a late night televised press conference that at least 28 shots were fired, and that a weapon at the scene was registered to the address where the gunman was found dead.
He said the shooter drove to the Brooklands Plaza Splash Pad, got out of his car and opened fire with a a 9mm Glock handgun, which he reloaded a second time.
Bouchard said one of the victims was a an eight-year-old boy who was shot in the head. He is listed in critical condition. A four-year-old victim was in stable condition.
The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosive (ATF) brought a dog to look for bullet fragments, Bouchard said.
Gov. Gretechen Whitmer issued a comment in response.
